RETURN POLICY

RIGHT OF RETURN

We truly hope that you are satisfied and happy with your Jacqi bathrobe. If this is not the case and you want to cancel your purchase for whatever reason, then you have the right to use your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the bathrobe. For this you need to complete the withdrawal form and send it to info@jacqi.nl. The bathrobe with all accessories, in the original condition and original packaging must be returned to Jacqi within 14 days of registration. After having registered a return you will receive a label from us that you can stick on the box to send the product to the correct address. 

The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer orders where no personal applications have been applied. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business and / or B2B orders.

 

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an article for a different size or color, we would like to reserve a bathrobe for you when in stock. Please mention in your mail which product you would like to have so that we can easily process it for you. You will receive the new product after we have received the return product and it has been processed accordingly.

 

RETURN

The customer is responsible for the chosen form of return shipment. We recommend using our return service so that you can be sure of the correct return address. Moreover, the label has a track & trace number, which makes it easier for both parties. The costs for returning are approximately € 6.50 per package from the Netherlands. Until the bathrobe is received, the customer is responsible for the return. Please note: the product must be returned to us within 14 days after registration. Jacqi is free to accept or not accept items that are returned outside the aforementioned term. Jacqi only accepts products that have been purchased via the website www.jacqi.nl, which are unworn, with all the tags attached to it and received in pristine condition. PROCESSING RETURN SHIPMENT & REFUND

When your package has been received by our return department, we strive to inspect the product within 5 working days. If it is approved, we will transfer the amount due within 5 days after approval in the same way as it was received. If you have paid by credit card, the processing process may take some time. We have no influence on this and each proces differs per bank.
