We ship internationally. Choose the products you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. At the check-out, you can enter the address and the country you would like the order to be shipped to. Is your country missing? CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

In case your order is designated for shipment to countries outside Europe/European Union, it may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We suggest to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges. Indicated prices are in Euro.

As of March 2016, into the USA there are no import fees on packages from the EU with a value below $800,-. In the past this was $200,-  so this is a significant increase that makes your shopping experience more fun.

How to return an item?
If you wish to return an item please submit the return form , fill out the following details and sent it to info@jacqi.nl:

  • Your name and address details
  • The item you wish to return
  • Purchase date
  • Signature
  • Place and date of submitting the form

 

International returns from within the EU
If you live in the EU and you don’t want to keep your Jacqi bathrobe you can submit the return form to info@jacqi.nl and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days after receiving the package. If you have more than one item to return, we suggest sending all items back to our headquarters in one single box.

In case you live in the following countries we recommend to make use of our return service. This implies that you receive a barcode from us by email that you can print and tape it onto the package. Thereby we both have a track & trace number which makes it safer and more convenient. The cost for return are for the costumer.

How to return an item without using Jacqi’s return service?
If you don’t want or can’t use our return service we strongly recommend using the service of UPS, as it makes it possible to add a track & trace number. Go to www.UPS.com and schedule a home pick-up or drop it off at a UPS Access Point. The costs of return are for the consumer. Important: don’t forget to place the return label (sticker) on the box. If you have more than one item to return, we suggest sending all items back to our headquarters in one single box.

 

How does Jacqi processes the returned item(s)?
We only accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Returns are processed within 5 business days after upon receiving the package. When your return is processed you will receive an e-mail confirming your refund. The refund will be wired through the same payment method as you paid for the product unless otherwise agreed.

 

How to internationally return a package from outside the EU?
If you live outside the European Union, returning one or more items must be requested by sending an e-mail to info@jacqi.nl. The costs of return are for the consumer.

The customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the product will transfer to Jacqi when the package has been received. This means that Jacqi cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information and ensure the package containing the returned product(s). Jacqi does not make any exceptions to this policy.
